Was great place to stay in Madrid. Location was excellent, 15 mins walking to a large urban plaza. And I was very close to the center of downtown, the metro stops Anton Martin and major attractions, métro, restaurants and shops.

Convenient Location - Set in the heart of Madrid, this apartment offers easy access to stately shopping street Gran Vía, iconic square Plaza Mayor, and the lavish Royal Palace. You'll feel like you're in the center of everything, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions.
Check-in Hassle - The reception is located far from the apartment, causing confusion upon arrival. It would have been helpful if the staff had notified us beforehand that check-in was at a different location.

Modern apartment with a comfortable design. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, situated in the center of the city. The apartment offered good value for the price. The WiFi connection was reliable. The apartment had a spacious layout and two bathrooms, which was convenient for our family of four. The washer and dryer, located just outside the apartment, were easily accessible. Parking was available nearby. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Apartamentos Apolo Madrid provided a comfortable and convenient stay for my visit to the vibrant city. The spacious living area with parquet floors and cozy seating area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchenette, equipped with all the essential appliances, allowed for easy meal preparation and the dining area provided a lovely space for enjoying meals together. The separate bedroom with two comfortable single beds ensured a restful night's sleep.
The common areas had a strong smell of cigarettes, which was a problem for me as I am very allergic.

The kids absolutely loved running around and playing on the swings. It was a great way to spend quality family time outdoors while being close to the hotel.
My wife says that having a children's play area in the hotel would have been fantastic.

I loved starting my mornings with a buffet breakfast in a separate building, it made me feel like I was going on a treasure hunt every day. And the nearest airport being so conveniently close added a touch of excitement to my travels.
Oh, how I adored walking 800 meters to collect my keys at a reception desk in another building, it was a delightful surprise! Nothing like some extra exercise with an infant in tow.

The beds were comfy, the shower was fantastic - really clean and spacious. The location was spot on, right in the heart of the city.
The check-in process was a complete nightmare. We had to go to a separate location and then wait around for someone to show us the apartment, which was a real hassle, especially with all our luggage and a baby in tow.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
